Director
Heedful is led by Tim Glasgow and Ben Del’Monte.
Tim founded Heedful in 2020 to provide practical, relationship-based NDIS support across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
Ben joined the team as a support worker in early 2025 and quickly became an important part of the business. As Associate Director, he now supports daily operations, service development and participant support.
Together, Tim and Ben remain hands-on in the business, keeping Heedful responsive, accountable and focused on support that works in real life.
Services
Reliable transport support to help participants get where they need to go — safely, on time, and with less stress. We assist with appointments, errands, social outings, work, study and community activities.
Support to get out, connect and take part in everyday life. We help participants build confidence in the community through social activities, appointments, exercise, shopping, events and local outings.
Practical, respectful support and mentoring from people who know how to build trust. We focus on confidence, connection, motivation and real-life progress — not just ticking boxes.
